We accept all major credit/debit cards via streamline (cardholder not present) which can be made over the telephone as well as Cardholder present at the time of your stay with us. A 3% charge is applied to credit card payments. Last minute bookings/arrivals will normally be required to pay in full or be willing to submit credit/debit card details. We also accept cash payments.
By making a booking with Markham Vale Guest Lodge we normally require you to provide a deposit for the first night of the booking, in advance of your stay in order to secure your booking once you have completed the online booking process. You can pay by credit or debit card card over the phone once you have received phone or e-mail confirmation of your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but may be used against a later reservation subject to availability.Cancellation Policy: We normally require 48 hours notice for cancellations.
